Senior Graphic Designer – Packaging & Brand
London | Full-time | 5 days Onsite
£50,000–£65,000 per year
We’re working with a growing consumer products business that has recently expanded through acquisition and has ambitious plans for further growth. They’re now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping brand identity and driving commercial success through standout packaging and product branding. This is a hands-on role where your work will go directly to market. You’ll be designing barand and packaging and visual assets that are seen, used, and trusted by a wide consumer audience.
The Role

Work closely with Product Managers to take products from initial brief through to launch

Create clear, compelling, and commercially effective packaging

Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands and product lines
Key Responsibilities

Design innovative, market-ready packaging aligned with brand values and target audiences

Refine and extend brand identities across new and existing products

Produce high-quality marketing visuals, collaborating with photography and CGI partners where needed

Translate product features and benefits into engaging, consumer-friendly packaging

Liaise with CAD and CGI designers to ensure concepts translate into production-ready assets

Amend and refine designs based on feedback and commercial requirements

Use sales insight and performance data to continuously improve branding and packaging effectiveness
About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on packaging, branding, or product design

Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Strong portfolio showcasing FMCG packaging and product-led work

Excellent attention to detail with a balance of creativity and commercial awareness

Confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally

Eligible to work full-time in the UK

Experience in healthcare or regulated consumer products is a bonus, not essential
