Rate: £30/ph weekly pay

Overview

We are recruiting for a highly skilled CGI Retouch Artist to join a leading creative team within a global automotive brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a CGI and Photoshop specialist to work across world-class campaigns, product launches, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refine 3D renders using advanced Photoshop techniques including colour correction, compositing, and special effects

  • Seamlessly integrate CGI cars into photographic elements 

  • Clean and enhance photographic assets 

  • Convert 32-bit renders to 16/8-bit deliverables without quality loss

  • Maintain structured digital asset libraries and version control

  • Collaborate with Art Directors and the wider CGI/visualisation team

 

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in 3D CGI retouching (not just traditional photography retouching)

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

  • Experience with ‘Back to Beauty’ workflows, render passes, Cryptomattes, and standard CGI pipelines

  • Understanding of photography principles and lighting

  • Eye for composition, colour harmony, and detail

  • Experience converting high dynamic range renders into final deliverables

  • Confident communicator and team collaborator

Desirable (Nice to Have):

  • Automotive visualisation experience
