Operations Manager – Photography/Creative Studio

£50,000 - £58,000 (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our client's studio operations, drive sales, manage our team, and ensure everything runs smoothly at all levels.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the founders with planning, priorities, and operational decision-making.
- Oversee day-to-day operations in our London studios while supporting operational coordination internationally.
- Manage internal systems, workflows, and processes to ensure efficiency and smooth operations.
- Handle HR administration, compliance, and documentation with precision.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements as we scale internationally.
- Ensure consistency across client experiences, internal operations, and team support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a creative, production, or studio environment (photography, film, theatre, creative studios, etc.)
- At least 2 years of operations management experience.
- Proven track record of working closely with founders or senior leadership in a small or scaling company.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and delegation skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated; able to work independently and move projects forward.
- Experience managing HR administration, staff records, contracts, and sensitive data.
- Comfortable with scheduling tools, CRMs, HR platforms, and project management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills: a clear, empathetic communicator who can balance operational, administrative, and creative priorities.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to handle busy periods effectively.
- An understanding of the acting industry and creative culture is a bonus.
- Knowledge of US markets is a plus.
