Thursday 3 December is the UN International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD)
On the International Day of Persons with Disabilities we are reminded that inclusion and diversity has a vital role to play in businesses’ response to the pandemic. Creative Recruitment strongly promote disability confident employment.

Introduced in 1992, the IDPD aims to promote the rights and well-being of disabled people across society. This year’s theme is ‘Building Back Better: toward a disability-inclusive, accessible and sustainable post COVID-19 World’.

#PurpleLightUp is a global movement that celebrates and draws attention to the economic contribution of the 386 million disabled employees around the world.
