Production of AV content across Film, Home Entertainment, Games and Brand clients. Includes TV & Radio advertising, Trailers and cinema commercials, promos, online content and digital outdoor advertising.
As Senior Producer you will be responsible for managing the entire production process from pre-production to post, ensuring all content is of the highest standard, delivered within budget and on time.
Reponsibilities include:
Overseeing all production stages from copywriting, offline, motion graphic design, Online and conform, sound dubs to final delivery and billing of the campaign.
Responsible for collecting briefs from client and de-briefing internal agency departments.
Lead campaign creative development alongside creative team.
Coordinating and leading internal department brainstorms upon receiving client brief.
Ensuring creative across all departments is consistent so continuity is met across client's campaign.
Maintaining budgets, to keep within clients budget constraints and ensure profitability.
Ensuring monthly financial planning documents are up to date.
Contributing towards the development and training of new production staff.
Casting, recording and directing of voice over's and supervising sound dubs.
Ensuring all creative is produced to legal requirements of UK advertising bodies such as Clearcast, RACC, BBFC and LU.
Ensuring production, Clearcast approval and trafficking deadlines are met.
Overseeing the work of the Production Co-Ordinator, ensuring that all spots are trafficked to the correct stations and rotation instructions are sent out in good time.
Responsible for researching and organising live-action motion shoots as well as static photo shoots.
Hands on Account Management of AV projects.
Experience/Qualifications
As Senior Producer you must be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
Ability to effectively time manage across all AV productions.
Possess excellent and up to date technical knowledge across all disciplines of AV.
Strong attention to detail and a creative mind. Proven internal management experience.
Proven experience to manage and deal with external supplies and clients.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
