Experienced Production Manager required for integrated advertising agency. You will have a proven track record in creative services/production and must be able to demonstrate Art Buying, Print Buying and Production experience throughout your career.
This is a newly created role to join an expanding Creative Services Department in a successful and forward-thinking ad agency. Responsible for the production of all creative work from approved concept to final output, the ideal candidate will be an experienced art buyer with production experience across all media channels.
Ess skills:
High level knowledge of print and repro and a thorough understanding of the production process from brief to final delivery.
Estimating experience: production of projects and controlling cost against budget.
Preparing production timelines.
Art buying of photography, illustration, film and radio (c£500K+ per annum)
Procurement of promotional items, exhibition stand requirements (c£500K+ per annum)
Print Buying shared with Studio Manager (c£600K per annum)
Fulfilment of media schedules.
Key negotiation skills. Passionate about service delivery and the desire to exceed expectations.
