Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is responsible for executing the marketing strategy in the areas of marketing campaigns, advertising, brand development, partnerships, exhibitions, market research & publications, emerging technologies, CRM and membership clubs.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate capabilities across all the areas of responsibility, with evidence of results that have been achieved. You will also need to have a commercial mind and an understanding of ROI. In addition, you will need to be able to build strong relationships with key partners. The team is small, so you will need to have the confidence to work both autonomously, as part of a team and multi-task.
Key responsibilities:
· Work with the Marketing Director to establish the marketing strategy
·Co-ordinate all market research - both quantitative and qualitative
·Maximise revenue opportunities for co-funded campaigns
·Plan, execute and analyse all marketing campaigns on- and offline
·Analyse media performance and deliver improved ROI
·Oversee the organisation's email and CRM activities; and the optimisation of these
·Oversee the organisation's social media activities in line with the agreed strategy
