Integrated designer needed for global leading luxury brand based in London.
Career opportunities like this come up only a few times in a life time. My client is seen as the peak of the high end luxury brand market. They currently seek a highly talented, motivated and experience graphic designer to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role not only requires someone with a background working for luxury super brands but also a hands on designer who can create beautiful graphics but also produce pixel perfect artworks for both print and online marketing material depending on ever changing and varied briefs.
As an in-house graphic designer you will be a true brand guardian and brand ambassador ensuring that all produced materials are on brand and consistent with their global and very high profile image.
Typical projects will involve:
· Designing invitations and e-vites
· Designing high end luxury brochures and products
· Designing client and press materials including press packs, retailers pack and introduction packs
· Conceptualising and developing advertisements print and online (boutiques, product tactical advertisements)
· Developing stationary layouts
· Developing layouts for official releases
· Producing client and press gifts (packaging, notebook advertising)
· Elements of book design
To be considered for this dream role you must have a graphic design qualification with at least 3 years experience within a similar role. An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates significant experience, and a refined understanding of luxury and design and a strong working knowledge of Adobe CS5 and PC based Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidates will also have a highly tuned understanding of photography, advertising, print-production, illustration, typography and creative writing.
This is an exciting fast paced design role within a highly pressurised environment so you must be dedicated, professional and have excellent communication skills. You will also be expected to supply artworks for all print processes and provide them as print ready - so no egos please.
£30 to £35k
