Small boutique agency based in SW London requires a talented Designer to join their team. They work with a range of exciting brands from high street to boutique and are equally passionate about all of them. They are looking to fill a new role due to steady growth over the last year. You'll be conceptually driven - brimming with ideas for campaigns and promotions, coupled with solid client experience and good technical skills. Basically you'll be incredibly talented but have the desire to work with real clients in a down to earth environment.
What we're looking for:
- Ideally retail design experience and a good understanding of retail messaging and context
- Top creative, quick witted and accurate with excellent mac skills (CS4/5)
- Self motivated and willing to mentor and lead juniors
- Eager to take project ownership
- Passion for quality
- A good sense of humour
