Digital Senior Project Manager urgently required with ideally exposure and experience within the following (Prince2, Agile & Waterfall Methodology, Digital Industry).

They urgently require a Senior Digital Project Management methodology professional who can contribute to the project lifecycle as well as being able to talk the technical and deliver projects that meet client expectations. This is a Senior level position requiring candidates who have circa 1 + years experience of Project Management, a PRINCE2 Practitioner with Agile & Waterfall Methodology Delivery and Team Management experience in the Digital arena.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
• Report directly to the Head of Project Management
• Main point of contact for the client and ongoing client management, maintenance and support
• Develop client relationships to generate future revenue
• Manage multiple concurrent projects
• Lead and own the definition and clarification of the scope of new projects with the client across all departments (User Experience, Design, Rich Media, Technical Development, Content, SEO Marketing, Search and Quality Assurance)
• Ensure project objectives, milestones and deadlines are achieved on time and within budget
• Manage day-to-day delivery of the project, briefing, monitoring and managing the teams
• Sole responsibility for the end product and quality control
Other Responsibilities
• Managing client relationships and delivering projects to a successful conclusion within budget, to accepted timescales and achieving / exceeding the clients' expectations. Develop a positive, ongoing relationship, leading to new business development to continue the growth of the account.
• Delivering an end product that is on brief, meets the clients expectations, is user acceptance tested by the Project Manager and tested by an independent third-party so it is fit for purpose every time.
• Budgetary Control, taking full responsibility for the management, monitoring and control of the budget to increase margins where ever possible and balance the financial cost to the business of resource working on the project verses the overall budget and timescales to deliver it.
• Existing business/account development, identifying opportunities during and after successful project conclusion / delivery and communicating these to new business to follow up.
• Presentation, verbal & written skills, ability to communicate with the client in a clear and concise way, with a confident approach and 100% knowledge of the project so that the client feels supported and that as their Project Manager you completely understand their business and can help at every touch point with their project.
•Personal management, time management of administration and documentation tasks, which are continually updated so that there is a clear paper trail of all communication throughout the project lifecycle. All key decisions that impact the budget, time and delivery of the project are agreed with the client and documented for future reference if required.
