Creative and Digital Agency are looking for new blood due to a sucessful past year.  Award winning work.

Scoping / Project kick off
Taking client briefs, working closely with the creative and planning teams to develop the brief. Briefing individual elements of a project to designers and developers. Liaising with 3rd party individuals and companies to outsource elements of a project. Creating scope of work documents, estimates and timing plans for projects. They must also have experience working across multiple projects at any one time.

Delivering
Driving the delivery of a wide variety of projects from websites (large and small builds), through to iPhone applications, Facebook applications and video content (offline and online).  My client also requires someone with experience delivering digital marketing campaigns.  My client does strategic thinking for clients, as well as design and build, through to the online marketing of a product / property. As such the senior PM needs good experience in all of these areas. The Project Manager will work with specialists in each area (Planners, Creatives, Marketing Managers) to finalise and deliver each element of a brief.
 
Client-handling
Project Managers at my client have a great deal of client contact. As such they must be very personable and enjoy this side of project management. They will be involved from the very start of projects, but will be particularly responsible for guiding clients though the production process, writing status reports and attending client meetings. They must be comfortable presenting work to clients, and know where to draw the line between being flexible to the client and protecting the agencies interests. My has no 'Account Managers' as such, and the responsibility of managing a client lies with the Planners from a strategic / business development perspective, and with the Project Managers from a day to day, delivery point of view.
 
Technical knowledge
They must have in depth technical knowledge that is bourn out of experience in delivering a multitude of different projects. We're looking for an understanding of technical languages, platforms, and what it takes to deliver technically led builds. We're not looking for someone who has the skills of a developer, more the ability to understand technical development and be able to hold a client's hand through the process.

Eye for detail
Im looking for someone has a keen eye for detail, and has the ability to be all over every single aspect of a project. They must understand each element on a campaign and be comfortable talking about each one. They must know about the different marketing spikes of a campaign, through to knowing what stage the technical build is at and what platform we're delivering for.
