Due to expansion, my client a Design and branding Agency are now looking for an additional Creative Services Manager. The main responsibility is to ensure the Strategy, Graphics, 3D and Realisation teams are aligned on projects and working in an integrated manor at all times. The CSM will be allocated clients and it will be their responsibility to ensure the appropriate resource has been allocated across Strategy, Graphics, 3D and Realisation, which meets with the client's deadline and budget. In addition, the CSM will liaise with each team head to ensure that their teams operate in an efficient and profitable manor and adhere to the best working practices.
Additional responsibilities include:
Art buying and coordinating photo shoots, illustrations, hand letter, production mock-ups, etc
Maintaining stationery stocks and ordering specific studio stationery
Archiving completed phases of work
Processing freelancer timesheets
Processing invoices from creative suppliers and freelancers
To provide support to the CSD of routine administration
Travel arrangements and booking couriers
To provide cover in the absence of the CSD and CSM
The Person

Minimum three years experience as a Creative Services Manager and this MUST be for a leading brand design agency
