Brand Designer required for agency based in Central London. You should have a proven track record in delivering outstanding creative design solutions across multiple disciplines for POS, retail, print and integrated campaigns, either working directly on or assisting the Design Director & Group Head in overseeing the quality and integrity of all creative product from the brand team. Whilst inspiring those around you, ensure all work is delivered on time and in full to the highest possible standard.
With a passion for design, graphics, typography and a understanding of shopper marketing, you will personally able to produce strategically lead creative that fulfils the client brief and is delivered within the time/budget to ensure the commercial value of the studio is realised. Must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of what a brand stands for and how this influences brand communications when answering client briefs.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide creative solutions to client briefs that and meet the agency and client's commercial requirements.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly communicate rational behind our creative solutions
• Flexible approach to workload to provide the best possible service to all clients to ensure all possible deadlines are met.
• To ensure the continued quality / consistency of workload produced by the creative team.
• To lead and oversee freelance resource when required.
• Following process and procedure throughout the life of a job.
• To be responsible for the housekeeping and management of information / files within the creative team and particularly with respect to timesheets and job bags.
