A boutique agency based in South West London urgently requires an experienced Account Manager to join their friendly team.
As this is a brand new role it will be an opportunity to make it your own.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling the client account/s and developing a strong solid business relationship with clients through regular and proactive contact.
- Taking briefs from clients and liaising with Senior Creative staff to get the job briefed in
- Supplying estimates to clients (costs will be discussed with Seniors) and negotiating ongoing costs
- Monitoring progress, pre-empting any problems and making recommendations in regard to modifications required through a solution focussed approach
- Tracking progress of projects through the day.
- Policing project spreadsheets updates.
